FILES
We like email and check it frequently so this is the best way to send a file. We accept Illustrator or pdf. However, if you send your design in a pdf file, we require at least a 300 dpi.
Pantone Matching
We have a list of 20 standard colors that are no additional cost. We can also mix custom colors or PMS matching with an additional $5.00 per color. We request that you include the pantone numbers with your design. Please keep in mind that every computer monitor is different and displays colors differently. If you are very particular about your color scheme, we recommend that you purchase a pantone book.

Supplied Goods will add an additional $0.30/piece to your quote. If you choose to provide your own apparel for printing, we will need to approve the product before the order is finalized.
Basic T-Shirt Pricing: The below pricing is for general brand shirts including Fruit of the Loom Best (50/50), Gildan UltraCotton (100%), and Gildan UltraBlend (50/50). There is a minimum of 12 on apparel.

Method Ink adheres to all copyright laws. We assume that art provided to us is legal for use in the public domain. Customers assume liability for any patent and/or copyright infringement when goods are made to the customers' specifications.
A quote is not considered final until all artwork has been finalized and viewed by our art department. All pricing is subject to your art. Additional costs may apply due to art size and ink coverage.
Method Ink reserves the right to refuse art that we see as unsavory or unfit.

Additional Charges: Your art and/or printing needs may require additional charges.
Oversized Print: As your ink coverage and/or surface area increases, your print may require an additional charge. The cost for oversized prints usually varies from $0.15 - $0.50 depending upon your artwork.
Flip Charge: Additional placements will add $0.25 per placement plus the additional color(s).
Underprints (aka underlay): Also known as a "base print", will be charged as an additional color.
Color Change (half your order as one color, half another): $5.00 per ink change
Specialty Ink (check on availability of various inks): $0.50 per shirt
Metallic Ink (Gold and Silver available): $0.15 per shirt
PMS Match and/or Custom Ink Mix: $5.00
Supplied Goods: $0.30/piece
Design:
Starting at $10.00 (for text only designs)
Art Design starting at $35.00
Shipping: We ship UPS and will try to get it to you when and where you need it. If you require a rush order or prefer a certain method of shipping, prices are subject to the order. Some restrictions apply and prices vary. To have an order shipped out on a Saturday, add a $20.00 service fee.

If you are requesting a quote for apparel, please send over any art or ideas that you have started (or completed). Answering some of the following questions may also help:
1. What do you want us to screenprint?
2. How many do you want?
3. Do you need any youth sizes and/or anything larger than an XL?
4. Where do you want the print (front, back, sleeve...)?
5. What color(s) of ink do you need?
6. What color of apparel are you interested in?
7. Do you need a design?
8. Will your already completed design need art preparation (color separation)?
9. If you prefer a specific brand, fit, or specification (such as Made in America) please let us know before we put a quote together for you.
10. If you're interested in posters, please let us know as much as possible about the kind of paper you require as well as which colors you need when you request a quote. Please include a jpg of your artwork when you email.
11. How quick of a turn around do you require? If you need your stuff in less than two weeks, please make sure you put RUSH somewhere in your email.
